Welcome Salcat.. Got a great forum here with the best people. Best advice is Read, Read and Read some more. Rules first. You will find what you need. The Mod's here do a great job keeping this pretty much drama free and all the troublemakers out. Find some threads that interest you, make a post here and there and let people get to know you a bit..

Thanks, yea I forgot to include to link.. Some days I have to go out of town to my Dr. and get a hotel. soo.. there are days I might be preoccupied (up to 3 max) because I have other surgeons etc here.. it's crazy. Welcome, Welcome!

Yeah I disappeared right after posting my intro thread. Took the kiddos swimming. But I am here to learn.
