Has anyone ever had an experience with this vendor? Looks frankly a little shady and all reviews when searching online show mixed reviews like terrible scam to great stuff at decent prices! So I now would only trust someone from here to tell me if it's good or bad.

Hmmmm. Have not glanced at the rules, have ye? Did you notice I asked members to not add to this area? Only suggest an IOP in the Suggest an IOP area. Deal? (I obviously have moved your thread from IOPLIst area.)
