chemist4you - Woodhouse - 03-06-2018
I received a spam call today from a pharmacy called Chemist4you or a derivative of that name. I am not sure if that is spelled correctly. The caller said the website was down and to place an order through the phone number. I am thinking it might be a legit pharmacy however, they did call me. I will add further information on the site as it becomes available.

They call me from time to time as well...Same website affiliation too. The actual chemist4u looks like it's a UK-based ROP site. Theyre definitely using the name to piggyback off of a highly popular vendor who no longer exists
.The callers all have a hint of Indian accent and use western names like "Sam" or "David". I would give these guys a 95% chance of scam. Be aware that our data and numbers is repeatedly sold and shared out there so be careful what you choose to make known!

I have been called at least once a week by this lot for last few months, i blocked them after the first call, somehow, even though in my blocked list they are able to leave voice mail for me, same thing said in message as Woodhouse has said, website down etc, yep, sound Asian, can't remember any names they left, as soon as i hear the voice mention chemist4u i delete the voice mail so they might have said a name after i deleted, wish they would like get the hint that i aint interested one bit,I wasn't born yesterday, don't anyone fall for their BS speil, just after your money, you wont get anything from them.
I bet these are same folks who used to work for old amg that were using old customers CC details in a dodgy way, that was well known about by most of us who have been around for a while, most ex customers of amg will have different card details by now as it was a few years ago, so now they are having to resort to stuff like this, real low lifes.

Yep I was thinking the same thing about the airmail group. I used them around the time that palm went under.

probably. and nowadays, the kids and vendors can often know how to hack. big time.
Whomever the vendor is, if he goes down or whatever, he sells your info to God only knows whom.
It is disgusting. I really liked my walmart net 10 burner phone. i never got spam on it.
But, yes, if a business changes hands, often to a former employee, the info of the clients is revealed.
We all heard that this group was playing fraud with payment method.
Glad u are gonna be careful. This one was known for it. Stealing client details.

They may well have Woodhouse esp if you are getting these calls like i have had too,just annoying,at least they don't have my details so they can't rob any money from me,Charons is right about them hacking to get a message in voice mail even though i blocked their number,there is probably a tutorial on youtube telling you how to get around being blocked,if not youtube then it will be on the net somewhere.
As long as everyone refuses to engage with them and def does not order over the phone then they won't be able to scam any money from us,stay safe from these vultures.

I have used this pharmacy and it is NOT a scam site. you may have been phised ( someone pretending to be from that site)
But I use that site myself and I have never been scammed.
Use the web page to order. I have never been contacted by them, so it is probably someone pretending to be them.

This site is legit, I have used them. it sounds like someone was trying a phising type scam on you which is not the fault of chemist4u. I can vouch for them.

One may have to be a UK resident at the moment though. Maybe we should put them in the UK area. and not just blacklist here. Cuz our UK members always need viable vendors.

I've also had nothing but positive experiences throughout my transactional history with this vendor going back about two years now. Whether they've started selectively scamming or not, I don't know but I've always considered them incredibly trustworthy.
Edit: Chemist4U that is, not the vendor in the title. Apology for the confusion.

I still use the chemist 4 u site, are you on about the one that has special offers like 99p offers and heavily discounted perfume sets? I use them quite a lot and have not been scammed. I think people are trying to pretend to be them, I have never been rang by them, every so often they send an email with a disount code, if you live in the UK, it is worth having a look as you can get good bargains ( I got an electric toothbrush 20 bucks less than in the shops). They only sell to the UK, so if you are not from the UK, then there is no point going there. I use this place a lot so I am suprised to see it in the scam section and no I am not shilling, take a look at their website, they do have good bargains.
