Olanzapine for insomnia - Wannabenormal18 - 12-26-2018
has anyone had success using olanzapine to help make them fall asleep? I am very desperate for help i really am running out of options. thank you everyone.

Wannabe, I agree 100% with skipper1. Do you have a doctor you can speak with? Can you set up a sleep study? The side effects of olanzapine are not worth it.

At this point, side effects aren't my first concern. Do you guys know or have experience with this med to be able to tell me if this has a knockout effect like a real hypnotic? thank you everyone

this implies being careless to be fair, plenty of safer alternatives unless you have conditions its used for as other member stated would stay 100 feet away from it, do some search and read up on similar posts plenty of safer alternatives which are effective, screwing with such kind of m4ds for sleep aint even worth it. As your trying to put out fire with rocket fuel looking into such alternatives.
