Favorite Irish food? - Noelb98 - 03-15-2019 In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, what is your favorite food that you associate with the Emerald Isle? For me it is hands down colcannon with bacon. It is a lovely carb rich treat of mashed potatoes, kale, heavy cream, and bacon. I can make a meal out of just this even though it is often served as a side. Or, do you have any other ethnic dish you love (besides Irish)? RE: Favorite Irish food? - Nobleone - 03-20-2019 love Soda Bread Corn beef YUCK

RE: Favorite Irish food? - The4thDimension - 03-25-2019 I absolutely hated potatoes as a child but I learned to like them as an adult. I was an extremely picky eater back then. |
