RE: Melatonin vs Midazolam - Research1 - 11-08-2022 I took a recent deep dive on the benefits of melatonin. It has so many crazy health benefits, especially paired with ascorbic acid. If I take vitamin B with melatonin I have wonderful dreams. Midazolam is useful for when my neighbours are having a party and I really can't sleep. Unlike the z-drugs for sleep it is short acting so there is no hangover the next day. I try not to use it often, but it's good to have on standby. RE: Melatonin vs Midazolam - Charon - 04-23-2023 I started dreaming again also. Good dreams. Multi vitamin and zinc, c,d, and iron. Cool. RE: Melatonin vs Midazolam - Leesus83 - 12-11-2025 People forget that Melatonin is an antioxidant as well as a sleep-aid. It's good for your brain, heart and immune system.
