NY suburbs at 82. climbing to 89 or so in about an hour or two.
Lord don't let anyone whom relies on AC to breathe in this heat and humidity experience the power failures going on.
People have been experiencing heat stroke all over the place.
And if u walk your doggie, u r to put something b/w their feet and sidewalks. Pets are getting burned.

96 here today plus high humidity. Nothing like others are experiencing..
I see doggies a lot around the base where I hike. An overheated dog ain't a pretty sight and I've seen my share.
There's a point of no return, no matter how much water you dump on them n try to cool em off. They can't recover...
Big ones, little ones, as low as 80 can kill if they're having a bad day.

Upper 90's during the day
but we cool off to the upper 70's at night...
Then there that ever present humidity ...
That is the main reason kids down here are born
with gills... They usually
fall off before they start school

87 and rising. the entire weekend. it will be 3 digits by tomorrow.
despite the fact a big storm is coming quickly.
guess i shall have to get the clothes i handwash and My Prince Harrison in soon. neither wants to come in yet.
