Trader Joe's has metal in it. Cooked falafel has rocks in it. Two cookies types were recalled last week for containing rocks also.
Soup may have bugs in it.
Grotesque. Check your foods now, it would appear.

Some gummy candies had metal in them and were recalled.

Lord have mercy. Those are not mistakes. Those seemed to be done deliberately in my humble opinion.
