my now dead houseshare rented an apt - Charon - 01-15-2025
from his friend. is it standard for a high rent and then the tenant pays the heat bill and god only knows what else yet?
the heat is 425. i have not been in a rental since college

425 for heat sounds astronomical, here in the PNW we pay maybe 200 for gas and electric in the winter.
