He sounds like the old "ambulance chasers" ,,
Not to even mention what I think he plum full of
{and I don't mean full of himself}
Not sure how eviction laws work up yonder, but
down here , it's a drawn out process..
Where the "evictee" doesn't pay anything till the court
decides yea or nay... Maybe 3 mths ....
I that time you should have 3 mths saved and have
the deposit, rent , ect on a more suitable place ...
It's "people" (I use that term very lightly) like
that guy that give others a really bad name...
If'n it was me ( and I'm NOT suggesting anything)
but he may just miss his court date as a no show...
Missing in tantrums ... We have swamps here ...
People, incl LE go missing there all the time and are
NEVER found ....
So I've heard ....
