Hit my 50 but still cant pm or see vendors

Well I cleared my browser, logged out and back in and I either don't know how to pm, or am currently not allowed. But I hit 50 last night. No rush. Thanks guys.

I'm late but for others who also experience this just be patient. Everything eventually unlocks.
