Hi all.

Allow me to introduce myself. Ive been lurking since February 2017, but thought it time to speak up.

I joined this beautiful hobby some 30 years ago at age 25. At the time, I was a reseller to JK in Australia. Anyone remember JK? Those were the days.

Whatever I wanted, whatever I needed, whatever good friends needed, cost me nothing. Given that JK did not have a very exhaustive list, there were times when I had to look elsewhere, but it didn't happen too often.

Well, although it was more money than I had ever seen in my life, we started a family, and it felt very wrong doing this whilst raising a family and trying to explain to them what was right and what was wrong. So, I sold up and took on a regular job.

Best decision in the world, because it allowed me to spend my home time with my family, without secrets, and allowed me to dedicate every minute at home, to the little ones, rather than ensure orders went out on time.

Anyway, 30 years later, Ive found myself back here mainly due to Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism. Thankfully, it appeared after I had children. The Specialist seems to think there is no link to my earlier AAS use, but I suppose we will never really know. Thank goodness Ive 2 beautiful kids.

Anyway, thats me. Im sure Ive forgotten all the lingo. I was a training Pharmacist too, so I could tell you everything about a medication. Its chemical name, its brand name, its benefits, its side effects, all the rest of it. Now, I have to read the label on a pack of Ibuprofen.

Lovely to finally touch base again after all these years. I just hope there are other oldies who appreciate how easy and fun it was back in the day.

I'm not here to defend, shill or bash... I'm genuinely curious why this vendor has such a bad reputation.

For what it's worth, my experience in dealing with him has been that's he's very expensive and can be very curt, even rude. But the products I've brought all seen to be legit and are well packaged
I'm very much open to finding another IOP who can offer similar products at the same or lower prices if anyone can suggest alternatives?
At my worst I can feel myself almost trembling and like a quavering in my voice. A V@lium will always get me right but I’m trying not to be too reliant on them. Does anyone have any tips on smoothing the comedown and helping with the anxiety. Some things that have helped me are limiting vaping and smoking while I’m on it, eating a balanced meal before taking it so the dose is more consistent, hydration. I also find that when I’m feeling jittery I flex my thigh and calf muscles as hard as I can for a few seconds and repeat, it helps give an outlet to relieve the tension. Anyone have any good tips for me on helping with @mphetamine comedown or anxiety? Thanks

I’m pretty boring kind of a homebody, but I enjoy hiking, kayaking , and playing video games with my friends. Some of my interests are reading fantasy books, and learning about spirituality, and occultism. I also like to learn about basic biology and pharmacology, a medications mechanisms and interactions. I find it very interesting and enjoy researching as in depth as I can about a drug before taking it, it’s kind of satisfying to be on something and knowing a little bit about how its affecting you. I hope everyone is doing well and I’m excited to join your little community!

HEADS UP on those high-protein shakes.

If you’re chugging those 30g to 50g protein shakes, be careful.

That much protein at once is a massive hit to your kidneys and causes "osmotic shifts" (basically a total fluid imbalance in your body) that can mess you up fast.

If you’re going to drink that sludge, don't do it all at once. Divide it up—maybe 1/4 shake mixed with water or low-fat milk.

People are actually ending up with "malnutrition ketoacidosis" from this.

It looks like the "starvation" issues you see with Ozempic. Your blood sugar won’t spike, so you and your doctor might totally miss the diagnosis while your internal acid balance is falling apart.

By the time you feel the symptoms—severe dehydration, your kidneys "clamping down," and your digestion stopping—you’re already in a bad state that can lead to organ failure.

Keep it simple:
Limit the supplements: Watch the extra salts, potassium, and vitamins.

Divide your doses: Don't slam 50g at once.

Eat real food: Stick to a healthy, low-fat diet. The Goal: 100g of protein total per day, spread out, is plenty for a normal active person.

Don't wait until you're in the ER to realize more isn't always better.

The past few weeks there several outages world wide ..
It's happened before and it will again ...

Two notable outages

On February 20, Cloudflare experienced a service disruption affecting customers using its
Bring Your Own IP (BYOIP) service. The outage, first observed around 1:00 PM EST,
stemmed from a bug introduced during an automated internal maintenance task that
caused Cloudflare to unintentionally withdraw customer IP address advertisements from
the Internet, resulting in connection timeouts and failures for end users attempting to
reach affected services. After identifying the root cause, Cloudflare halted the task and
began restoring service. The disruption lasted approximately 1 hour 40 minutes, with
routing stability returning around 2:40 PM EST as IP advertisements were restored globally.

On February 17, Cogent Communications, a multinational transit provider based in the U.S.,
experienced an outage that impacted multiple downstream providers and customers across
various regions, including the U.S., India, the U.K., the Philippines, and Luxembourg.
The outage, lasting a total of one hour and 5 minutes over a period of one hour and 20 minutes,
was first observed around 3:20 AM EST and appeared to be centered on Cogent nodes located
in Denver, CO. Around ten minutes after appearing to clear, the nodes located in Denver, CO,
began exhibiting outage conditions again, this time the number of nodes located in Denver, CO,
exhibiting outage conditions appeared to drop. This decrease appeared to coincide with a decrease
in the number of impacted downstream partners and regions.
The outage was cleared around 4:40 AM EST.
