I agree.. I've been on adderall up to 80mg IR a day. And now I'm lower as after a certain dose ( all I can think about is sexual activity)
Ive been on adderall for 12 years straight which a few interruptions
But likewise, adderall is fairly easy to obtain.. In my personal opinion straterra which they love to puch as a first line ADD med, is horrible and caused me suicidal thoughts..
But that's just me..
Same thing happens with all SSRI's. Those black box warnings are real and I'd be careful unless it's a quality med like adderall..
Now in my dream world ID switch to desoxyn.. Heh heh..
But that'll never happen at least now in the next 5 years..
Good luck to you guys!
Also I heard modafil is pretty helpful and I recall when I was prescribed it, it did indeed help.. It's even marketed as a safe alternative to amphetamines..

I take Adderall and I've never lost my appetite, felt wired, experienced a crash when they have worn out or been unable to fall asleep. Â It has the reverse effect on me. Â It calms me and lets me focus on mundane tasks without getting sidetracked. Â If I need to do a lot of multi-tasking I can't take it because I don't have the ability to change focus quick enough while on it. Â
I wish I could lose my appetite, clean non-stop, etc., but it actually helps me with anxiety and social situations. Â I'm lucky though as I didn't get the dry mouth or grinding of teeth as I don't need Dental Bills.
It's a weird med. Â I have never experienced any side affects from stopping it for days or weeks as I take it depending on what my day looks like. Â When first scripted I took it religiously and then learned, for me, that it didn't work well that way as I said at times I have to juggle 20 balls rather than write or read Tech Manuals or code. Â
Others though, I agree if not a real Medical Diagnosis for it can have adverse side effects. Â Not one to play with especially if you haven't had a physical to check your heart health out.
Excellent post. Â I took adderall for years and had similar experiences. Â Very true that some can stop and not skip a beat. Â It is habitual in the sense if you have it and take it daily you do just that but when the bottle is empty it's no big deal. Â I definitely drank more water but don't think that was a bad thing outside of more frequent bathroom trips. Â In the end I found I preferred getting my focus through exercise. Â I guess the drug has its place but it is just disruptive. Â Doctor visits every 3 months was just for crap. Â As far as I'm concerned most were just legal drug dealers. Â It's so easy to get that if I wanted it I'd just go to a doctor. Â
So true, my wife has 0 sides. She sleeps and eats normally, if she takes one really late in the afternoon she may stay up a little later than usual but that is it.
well here is a weird one. I have terrible problems falling asleep. I can use a benzos for a week or 5 days and it stops working unless I up the dose. So the trap begins. I get several different benzos and rotate. I have never gotten addicted. I am careful and terrified of it.
A few years ago I took some adderall (30mg) one morning. I was going on a long road trip and just felt like being supper alert and awake, cruising along listening to good music. I drove until maybe 10 PM and stopped. This is unusual for me I usually just drive all night on a little coffee. But I got a room, went to bed and watched TV for a few minutes and fell right to sleep. I woke up the next morning and couldn't believe it. I have tried it over and over now maybe 75 times. If I take 30 mg of adderall I fall asleep like a normal person and usually early like 10PM. I'm accustomed to sleeping 2 hours a night or skipping a night completely. At one times a glass f wine would do the trick. Now it does the opposite.
It was really bad sometimes. I would go 3 or 4 days and begin hallucinating, couldn't drive, couldn't work or read because my eyes would not focus after 2 or 3 days. Guess what? Sleep studies don't help if you cannot fall asleep. I tried to explain this to the DR.
My worst time was 5 days without sleep in Ukraine. When I got ff the airplane back in the US I felt like I needed a hospital fast. But I called a ride for home and got a DR friend to come over and put me to sleep..
A true and miserable episode. I never travel without Atavan anymore. Would prefer some addderall from time to time.....

Depends on the dosage and the release method (and your body mass). Remember, Adderall is nothing but legally formulated, packaged, and prescribed amphetamine salts:
20mg Adderall IR (Instant Release) won't just make you feel "alert" - The first few times you take it you'll feel like you're about to jump out of your skin - It isn't so much "alertness" as it is hyper-stimulation. You'll lose your appetite completely, and if you aren't at work, where you can concentrate on tasks at hand, you'll end up cleaning your house from top to bottom - sitting down isn't an option. You'll need to drink plenty of water, as you'll notice your mouth getting dry about an hour after ingesting the tablet - Dehydration is severe with this medication.
30mg Adderall IR (Instant Release) - Multiply the above effects by .33.
The IR versions last about 4 hours, after which the comedown ("crash") is swift and unpleasant. Doctors typically prescribe 20mg of IR twice daily.
Adderall XR (Extended Release) comes in capsuled dosages ranging from 5mg to 60mg. It doesn't "hit" one like Adderall IR does, but ramps up slowly over the day. ramping down after about 6 hours for a much more gentle comedown. Effects are milder, but similar to the IR version.
This is not a drug I'd recommend using recreationally - It is prescribed for ADHD and Narcolepsy, and if used for any other purpose has a VERY high potential for abuse, and as a powerful CNS stimulant, abuse can lead to fatal overdose.
I agree. It's amphetamines whether a person has 'ADD' or not. The so called chemical imbalance doesn't prevent the amphetamines from doing what they do.
It is definitely a dangerous drug, it really drains me emotionally so I stopped using it .
Adderall and Ritalin are both very strong. If anyone has ever tried IV Ritalin they will realize how strong that medication really is.

This right here I never realized until recently. It is the most amazing thing, you can go for hours and hours, get off over and over. Does it effect everyone this way?
I noticed this thread has not really answered the OP's original question. Where can you find Adderall reliable online? Dexadrine would be even better, but is harder to come by.
I've heard Adderall is primarily an American thing, and it is illegal in most other countries. So I guess that leave SY vendors......
Or IOPs that attempt to make their own... mix a little amphetamine salt with ephedrine and stamp it into an addy tab to make a quick buck.
But whatever the case my be this one is a hard puppy to find. From time to time I come across sites claiming to sell it, but the unfortunately get blacklisted shortly after I share them.
We've discussed just about everything there is to discuss about adderall you'd think at some point at least one of us would have stumble over a reliable source by now.
So who's got It?
Well, when it comes to addy's noone really knows.
Hoestly, I'd be interested in trying some of the "homemade" stuff that comes available from time to time if that is all there is.
Please be very cautious if seeking this medication online. Outside of the USA, it is very rare and hard to obtain, and banned in many countries, so there is very little reason for it to appear internationally.
Although it is highly regulated in the states (Schedule II), millions of prescriptions are written annually. If you believe that you exhibit ADHD symptoms, please find a psychiatrist.
Be well!
