Hello everyone. 

Some, or most of you remember me.
My account was deleted (after emailing the mods I believe it was by accident) 

Anyway a quick reintroduction would be the best thing to do. 
I suffer(ed) from insomnia and performance anxiety. 
I tried countless medications from prescription to OTC to all the different herbal ones.
I finally settled on 10mg Diazepam (daily) and 50mg Doxylamine Succinate (occasional, nightly) 
I also take a magnesium supplement (daily) and drink coconut water for the potassium (also daily)
I'm currently doing/ feeling generally quite well. 
Feel free to ask me anything, that's why I'm here.

the system was recently refreshed. all members whom did not get their first fifty posts in forty five days, or whom don't post at least once a month thereafter (please check rules. it could be once a week that one must post.) were automatically deleted from our systems.

it was nothing personal. it happened to quite a few.
