Just an update.
Since posting this thread I've tried/compared alprazolam(Xanax), nitrazapam(Mogadon), clonazapam(Rivotril), and zolpidem(Ambien).
As Nonoo has stated nitrazepam is awesome. Works wonderfully. Though, unless I learn otherwise, I intend to use sparingly as to not develop tolerance and/or dependence.
Clonazapam, for me seems like an expensive waste of time. It's comparable to taking like .25mg of a xanax.
Ambien obviously works, but I learn more about this substance, I will treat the same as Nitrazapam, and use irregularly.
How about research chemicals, any recommendations?
Thanks for everyone's help. I appreciate it much.

What is your sleep issue: falling asleep or staying asleep? Each med everyone has named are used for different purposes. Ambien has a short half life and not great at helping one
stay asleep (thats why ambiec CR came about). Restoril (a benzo) is long acting and meant to help one stay asleep. melatonin is used to reset the sleep cycle (read up on this to get
a full understanding...most people take too much). This is off the beaten path but as a River/Klonop*n connoisseur if you take a 2mg k/rivotril it will obliitttteerraaattttte a .25mg xanax
off the earth. lol! sorry lunar I had to get that in. as they say, different strokes....
Nitr@z works well. I never slept as well as I do with phenibut though. Proper amount is key and you have to take it early because of the super long half life. Otherwise you'll definitely still feel it the next day.
Nitraz and an RC, c-lam, are the two best substances I've ever used for sleep. I've had insomnia since my teens, and while alpraz is great for the initial punch, it definitely doesn't keep me asleep like the two former I mentioned. I've also used phenibut quite a bit, but my tolerance to it skyrockets quite fast compared to others. It's definitely a rotation game, and always will be.

Staying asleep. The tiniest disturbances wake me. I've even been woken up by my own fart. : ) Never being able to finish a sleep cycle is almost like not sleeping at all.
Do you know of any IOPs with Ambien CR?
I didn't know restoril was long acting. Thanks. Since they cost about the same and I didn't
feeel it, like I do with xannies, I set it aside. But maybe I acted too quickly.

This has been my experience with phenibut as well. Since it's a gaba antagonists, it begs to question,
does it work so well because of a gaba deficiency? Logic would say to just supplement gaba. It's cheap, safe, and there's no real risk of addiction as there is with phenibut. But my experience has proved this is not the case. : (Â Unless there is some other mechanism of action I am unaware of, like gaba supps have dificulty crossing the blood brain barrier or something.
I've already mentioned that I use Bacopa Monnieri to help with developing tolerance to phenibut as well as other substances whose method of action are similar. Do you have any other pointers?

As far as phenibut tolerance, introducing into your routine a Bacopa Monierri extract, Swanson Vitamins makes a good one, will help to mitigate. (forgive me if I'm starting to sound like a broken record.)
But as you said, rotation is and always will be the name of the game.
By that, I mean research chemicals. There is a k-pin like RC benzo, clonazolam, that is literally the best thing for getting to sleep and staying asleep for me.

I dont know who carries CR ambien. yes, temazepam is used to keep one asleep. Its an intermediate acting benzo. Can cause a bit of hangover if you don't sleep long enough.
Are you on a 'sleep cycle'? A pattern of when a person goes to sleep each day/night is imperative to incorporate in a 'sleep program' so to speak.

Thanks for the clarification. Any recommendations on where to find it?
Lunar, your farting admission has literally made my whole darn day. They must be some loud toots, dude! Rolf.Â
On a more serious note, there is a RC thread around here somewhere. And as far as amb. Cr goes, I've seen an Ind. vendor somewhere carry it, but I'll research it more for you.Â
PS We ladies don't fart, we "sparkle". Lol
Ha ha Revolution... I guess there is no subject sacred here on IOP...
