This fella goes out of his way to ensure your order ARRIVES. There may be some delays which are out of his hands. There may be seizures, which are out of his hands (although with his packaging, I'd assume they are minimal). Tracking numbers may be sent not as quickly as you wish, but remember one thing: Your order ARRIVES. Yes, I had bad luck with 1 item seized, but hey, I'm in Australia where you are lucky to get over 50% of your orders. With M, around 7 or 8 orders have arrived (in next to no time), with 1 seizure. I can tell you that the seizure would have had nothing to do with the packaging. It was due to my eagerness and impatience by placing an order that was just too large to be discreet. At least with M, you have a lot of people telling you how good he is, how good his products are, how good his packaging is, and more importantly, what sort of a fella he is. In 20 odd years, I have NEVER received customer service as I do with M.
Wrap all these things up into the one package and you get an excellent vendor. If in doubt ASK or RESEARCH. Do not DEMEAN publicly on the evidence of 1 thing that may upset you.
I've never respected someone on the net. How can you? You don't even know who they are. They no doubt use aliases, and are hiding behind computer screens, BUT I have sent phone electronics items to M, as he has trouble getting them in his location. I was flattered that he would trust me enough to ask, and I was honoured to send as requested.
I have also come to respect Mods and SuperMembers at this place. Unless I have been sucked in to the biggest practice joke, as corny as this sounds, I feel like I am home here. I do not frequent other Forums. No need to. I used to frequent 3 or 4. I've found my place in the virtual world of medicine/pharma advice because every question or problem I have had, has been addressed by the members, founders, and moderators of the Board. (and/or associates).
Not to mention, this is the most professional and polite Board I have been a member of. I'm still a newbie, so I cannot talk with experience. It's just what I've seen so far.
Got a problem with a remarkable vendor like M? I would say the problem is on your end, not his.
