It means that the following item/items would be available for purchase after that specific date. If you want to pre-order you can.

There are lots, But P is unstable compared to other locations. Shipping had been on hold till the 17th of Jan. After which we have forwarded parcels for shipping. Still no updates yet from the Postals here. Soon as any tracking updates or any other updates are received all our clients including you my friend would be updated. Thank YOU for your understanding.
