Fireplaces: "Trump is out of the running though I believe. Right?"
Ah dear fire, no not at all. Haven't you heard, he just won new hampshire and came in a close second before that in iowa. The media of course is trying to talk him out of the contest by slanting their stories. I always try to filter out the media propaganda from the so called news. Not much is left besides that. I'm not keen on any of them but bernie is the least bad on the dem side. Anyone but hillary!
BoomerB, its all about the money. Illegals come in and mooch off our services, meanwhile roads dont get paved, and usa citizens get denied many things. Its not right. Do we want to be in the same pickle as europe with their failed socialist policies? We already have a failed socialist president. We don't need another or an establishment lackey.
Popster, they give not only that but also drivers licences to illegals and let them vote. We have no money for our infrastructure, our own needy but we send billions overseas every day plus open doors to more refugees when our own people are homeless, hungry, our vets get no services or die before their turn comes up. Trillions for stupid wars but not a cent for sensible things. Both hill-billy and rubio are in favor of more of the same. I shudder to think the power brokers might foist one of them on us. Its time to take to the streets and demand change
Did anyone know that hillary supposedly won 6 coin flips to decide delegates in iowa? That is luck beyond belief or else crooked dealings. They also say she will get most of the delegates in new hampshire even though she lost to sanders. Crooked politics at its finest.

Stats--I didn't make this one up on the spot, ha--say that any given toss has a 50/50 chance of coming up either way. I had heard six but all precincts results were not in then. The chances of six in a row are 6,705.4 to one. Either lady luck is an establishment Dem, or those coins need to impounded and investigated.

Yes Spanky, those are some pretty eye opening odds there.

I do agree on term limits for the House and the Senate. I think that they would do less voting on protecting their job than protecting the people... As far as Europe.... we may go in a different direction if we have a bad president but we are the USA.. we are protected from the political things going on over there. I think Europe has their own problems that I am so glad we are protected from that mess. Even if we have a bad president at least we have one person, and one congress...over there they have too many people fighting over stupid issues.

Hi Jimbo, the stat on any given coin toss is correct--doesn't mean it won't come up heads six times in a row. The second was made up. I got that from a post from Zander saying 47.5 percent of stats are made up on the spot, ha, that was very clever of him.Â

Watch closely to see if the dems give hill-billy more NC delegates than sanders even though she got thrashed in the NC election. I have heard they have plans to do just that. Not that sanders is a great candidate, too far on the loony left but anyone is better than hill and her worthless husband.
Once again, we have to choose the lesser of the evils

Why should we have to choose the lesser of the evils? There's something very wrong with that. This is why I don't bother to vote, knowing it's a rigged game that we can never win. As long as we only get the choice of evil, that's all we'll ever get.

Word is that the dems plan to deny sanders the nomination no matter how many primaries he wins. They are using a trick called "superdelegates" which are politicians in the dem party who can vote for anyone they wish, they are not bound by the popular vote. They all seem to like hill-billy, or have been paid to like her.
On the gop side, they are talking about a brokered convention where they will pick a party insider like jeb or marco even if they have very few wins or none at all. Will the public never get tired of being cheated?
Cricket, don't give up just vote for third party candidates if you don't like the two major parties. Every vote they get means more fed matching funds to finance the next election.

Ever since I became voting age, IMO there hasn’t been anyone really worth voting for!
Sanders vs Trump election would just be another twist of the knife IMHO. Hillary reminds me to much of a very controlling overbearing person I grew up with!
Rump makes me sad it has come to this, so yeah I guess I am a typical Trump supporter, lol.
Yay Im a "Staunch" Republican this year!
If we are going to bolster the Medicare system VIA Obamacare I believe it should be us older (still working) folks flippin that bill... Not young healthy kids just starting out. Just did my Son's income tax and it was pretty irritating!
IMHO, its not the few things we vote on that are destroying this country, its all the things we never have the opportunity to vote on!
