Good afternoon, Everybody!
Taking a lunch break from the computer, and it is gorgeous outside!!! Who needs food when you have all this sunshine to warm you up? Anyone here work on Quickbooks? Makes my eyes cross after awhile, so going outside is a real treat.
Ice!!!! No more of those damn cigs for you! You must have a lot of willpower, because I've heard that's a hard one to overcome. How long did you smoke?
Harley, nice to see you posting! Zander, I bet you'd be great at stand up comedy. Charon, it's nice to see you here too.
I wish I had time to mention you all, but know I read all your posts, which I love to do, and am thinking of you, especially Willie.

Still working and um, working. Â Enjoying it though. Â I'm having fun which is the best part of it. Â So low key and although we work hard we play hard too. Â Today I played the soundtrack from Rocky Horror and at the top of the hour we all took a short dance break. Â Lol, so many dyslexic guys who can't tell left from right. Â They need a female.

I brought in my Hibachi. Â Remember those!!! Â Well it's been a hit so lunch has gotten interesting there. Â Now I will say the guys are far superior in cooking and creativity. Â We've had healthy lunches. Â Yesterday a guy brought in some corn on the cob and we roasted it. Â So good. Â I'm into fresh pineapple and watermelon. Â Does chicken good too. Â Lol, we will all get fat.
Other than that nothing exciting so to speak of. Â Life goes on, day by day which is a good thing.

Revolution... I smoked for most of 40 years... All it cost me was my wind and appox $60,000... Maybe more...
All I can say is... If you don't .. Then don't start.. If you do... Quit while you can still breathe a little... Hey thingz smell(some thingz) and taste much better...

Not to mention the burn holes in your clothes and cars......or the stink in the house....or the smell of your breath...or the damage to your lungs....or the slavery to a "brown plant", or how the "urge" interferes with your comfort at a movie or a restaurant or a friends house.....or, or, or. As one who also smoked for 25 years I know of that which I speak.
Not to mention death by slow and horrible means.
I am very proud of our Wizard......his winning efforts just might inspire others

It definitely deserves some MAJOR recognition, in my book, after 25-40 years!! Hope you eat a tub of the best darn tasting ice cream you can find, and not feel a bit bad about it. Maybe even a small vacation? I love to vacation.Â

my houseshare had to give up smoking cigs after 40 yrs. they would not do the colostomy unless he did.
but, even after the reversal of colostomy, he has given it up. (he is still using a minute quantity of nicotene in an Ecig. But, its worked. He finally broke the habit of morning coffee and cigarettes.)
So glad for all of u. Everyone is being so wise on this.
Congratulations to all. To those still speculating on giving them up. And, to those whom have conquered that habit.

I will try and control the extra large images in the future.....figure it blasted some eyes....did not mean that, oops.
It got nearly 80 today only going to 60 tonight ands soon if this keeps up I will hear the peepers out in the creek singing for joy....as they burrow out of the mud waking up from their slumber.....isn't nature GRAND?
My life is a blur , working all the time late it seems, and I thought my new job would have less, ha.
Fire it is hard to remember everything ...I also know this, another Ha.

I spoke to my buddy in Houston yesterday.. He said he could hardly see the road with the wipers at full speed! That's hazardous in itself, add all those knotheads in Big H... Well that's an uphill battle...
