I didn't have long enough help, nor deep enough, to help me deal with the depression and insomnia that leapt on to me once the PKs were leaving my system and it hasn't been possible for me to stay without them.  That in itself is a big disappointment but I am trying not to be too hard on myself. 
Anyway just to say hello. I hope Willie you are getting through your own struggle - sounds terrible.  I read somewhere that Fire is away and hope that trip is going well.
Lots  of love to all of you and I hope to be posting more regularly again now my son has finally gone back to school this morning and my heart has started to knit itself together again.
