Good Morning Everyone! I haven't been here for a few days & I've missed you all. Things at home are messed up right now so I am dealing with those things. I also had a doctor's appointment yesterday for my 3 month check-up. While there I showed him my right hand. Which has been very painful since I took a fall a few weeks ago. The doctor said he thinks I have broken one of the little bones in my hand & he wants me to get an Xray. Since he cannot tell just by looking at it. Ugh...So I suppose I will get the xray.
Anyway, I am hoping that things will simmer down at home so that I am able to get back into my routine. I really enjoy being here in the mornings & thank you everyone that has mentioned me. Today I am going to plant some spring flowering bulbs in the gardens of my dad's house. Come spring they will all bloom & give some beauty at that time of year.
I hope you all have a good day with your pain & anxiety under control.

Good Morning Fireplaces, Kona & Harley. Thank you for your good wishes. I too hope I only sprained my hand. The doctor says that there are so many bones in my hands, he is concerned since my hand is so swollen still. I am just not sure when i can get the xray. My insurance isn't good so I have to worry about the cost of the xray too.

Roses, sorry to hear about your hand. Instead of filing through insurance, you could ask for their cash or Medicare rate if you can afford to pay cash. Then, you can try to take that reduced bill that you paid and manually submit to your insurance. Just a thought....

No Mr K! You should get extra points for discussing breakfast tacos. I've never had the tacos, buy they can't be that different from the burritos. I tell you what are really good considering they're frozen, the EL Monterrey breakfast burritos.
I keep my freezer packed with them. You just zap them for a minute and a half and you're good to go! Sometimes I will poke holes in them with a fork and put hot sauce on them, yummy! The holes allow the hot sauce to sink into the burrito and not just roll off.

Eh I can't sleep again. This hottie moved in next door yesterday. I can't get my mind off her so I stay awake trying to think of excuses to go over there. I think she's catching on after my last visit. Â I went over and returned a cup of sugar. She said "You didn't borrow this." I said "I will."

You know I was readin somewhere here that the upper membership should be an exaple for our "new" folks... Now I've always been told I was an example... Of what you shouldn't do!! Boy... Now I am confused! Well don't follow my lead, we'll all fall in the ditch!...
I was supposed to get to "sleep in" this morning... Well you see how that's workin for me.... Headin out the the theater... But then that should be it till at least Saturday... We'll see how that goes...lol... Brb...
Whew... That coughin fit just kicks my ... Head off.... Well not really much is happenin o gonna happen today, kinda "un-eventful" if you ask me....
Let me just say, this place we moved to seems to be just perfect... The landlords live across the "yard" and since I'm on the "county line", they're in one county and I'm in another! So far, we don't even see them much and that's fine by me... Oh don't get me wrong, they seem to be ok folks and don't make it their business to get in yours or nothing...and all the "neighbors" keep to themselves( older folks) so looks like we found a pretty good spot....
He was a deputy sherriff for 20 yrs, but for a county known back then to have a "crooked" sherriff.. So he seems real laid back and his mom that used to stay here was there when we signed the lease agreement... She's funny... Told us, " we don't mind if you smoke a little dope in the house, just don't be cookin 'm3th' on the stove." Really?! So I told her what anybody would've told her... "No problem, we use the 'shake and bake' reciept!!" I mean who tells people something like that!.... I guess she does....lol
Well... I'd better wrap this crap up for now... Don't forget to report any BS you may come across... It's all our forum and we need to keep aware of idiots trying to cause any of us any kind of greif... We don't need that... We're all building friendships that can be maintaned for a lifetime, even though we may never meet face to face, we can still call each other friend and mean it.... It's our place... Our vendors... Our place of refuge and peace... We can tell eaach other things we may not want to discuss with anybody else, knowin we won't be judged... That is a service you can't get just anywhere....slowley we can build ranks with like minded indivuals and people we all can relate to.... When we all work together, without squabblin amongest ourselves, we'll weed out those no good people and keep our family safe.... It can be done if we all help each other... And believe you me... Y'all are worth it!!
