Ha, of course Fire, now you're talking fact.  A blindfold really does the job, but of course has its drawbacks. 

Actually that would make a good "cooking" reality show.  "Chef Henri', sorry but you have been chopped.  Your salad shows great imagination, but the citric delicacy is hidden by too many fingers."
