V cuts are still, available in the US and would assume same goes for K's. I have a script and paid cash for the V cuts since my insurance only covered generic. Other than the extra $300 bucks I ponied up, I found no remarkable difference between those and generic. Some of the other variants such as the Serb meds such as Aupaurin are as good if not better.

Imo the cuts are a novelty at this point. If you can get them covered by ins then great but if you're paying extra there are don many better generics made overseas for cheaper. A lot of times it's a placebo effect that makes these branded items better

No difference in potency. They definitely are not weaker but not worth the time and effort imo
