A new round of strong thunderstorms with gusty winds, heavy rain, and possible hail will sweep through the region.
An isolated tornado is not out of the question, the National Weather Service said in a Hazardous Weather Outlook statement issued on Thursday, July 29.
The time frame for storm activity is from mid-afternoon until late in the evening on Thursday.

TV is running the orange banner across most channels that parts of PA are in for damaging storms, rain downpours with flash flooding,
possible hail, high winds and tornados too. From 4:00 PM until 12:00.
Just praying it misses me!!! But my county is included in the warning.....................

Bless you Charon.
By 5:00 it was so dark here that all my solar lights came on. And I needed lights on in the house!
The wind tore the tree in my back yard in half, thankfully not towards the house!
Lost some shingles. But everything else seems ok.
Other neighbors were out and had similar issues so we are going to try to get a tree service in here for a
negotiated price for cleaning all the tree damage up.
We were very lucky. North East of me there were at least 2 tornados touch down.
Prayers to you Charon! I hope all is good in your area. And to everyone else in the paths of these storms!!
