The prices of whole fresh turkeys drop 50-70% at Walmart last night. I've got one smoking in in my Weber Kettle right now. Apple wood chips soaked in water overnight adds a really nice smoked flavor. Weber Kettles are the best way to cook meat. New york steaks turn out fantastic! I've owned and cooked on one them over 30 years, have had a few different grills. Weber is the best.

Turkey will probably be delicious, You probably don't care for bourbon vanilla sweet potato pie or my mincemeat pie. 

What is going on here is my wife always had to work Thursdays & Fridays (Walmart) So we celebrate Thanksgiving on Sunday.
