welcome post from a new but previous member

Hello iop friends.  I was in a previous incarnation on this forum. I was absent for a bit as my needs are being taken care of by one vendor and was smooth so I have missed a while lot of changes apparently. I see that everyone is starting over from scratch so here I am to begin my return to the community. I live in Texas and operate my own small business. My biggest issues are cervical pain and chronic fatigue at present and I'm dealing with a lot of loose skin from significant weight loss. I am working on adding muscle to attempt to fill up some of that lost volume. I am interested in anti aging, tightening up skin as well.  I am also a longtime user of mitragyna speciosa to deal with my pain and chronic fatigue.

Welcome Lisa... I do hope you are not confusing .org with .com .... This IOPList is a completely different forum... That's why everybody started from"scratch" so to speak....

I am aware it's a completely different forum now. Back when I originally registered on this forum I had been trying to login with my old info for the other forum and not understanding why it wasn't working. I assumed there was a service switch or something and loss of info. Charon's way of writing is distinctive and I recognized her pays right away, although under a name I didn't recognize. So I assume a lot of the same folks are here. Didn't really look into it what transpired as I didn't have any pressing needs. Recently I browsed around and discovered a couple clues that indicates this was a competely different forum. I see no other iop list type forums out there at all (by that name anyway) so I don't know if that one went underground, completely shutdown or what. If there was drama, I apparently missed it lol. And that's fine with me. Good to see y'all. So to speak.

Thank you fireplaces, popster and Willie. That was my username from the other place. Although now it should be Lisahaslostit because I have lost pretty much all the weight I wanted to from an all time high of 270 in 2009 to 150 in 2010 then back up to 190 in fall 2015 to 130 know. Maybe lisalosesgainsandloses is more accurate lol. Anyway I've been focusing on weight training to try and fill up some of this loose skin. Losing a bunch at this age leaves me looking great clothed but flabby underneath. Thank y'all for the nice welcome!!
