Without much info that you have offered,,,, This could mean most anything,,,

You could maybe Pm me with a few more details and/or the quote of said...

If the tracking shows that it made through east or west coast 'ISC' and scanned at your 'local' sorting facility you could ask them to look into locating the package. I've had to do this twice before.

Thanks for your help, anyway, that is the That is the exactly quote I see as result from usps . Nothing more. I have being mags since 2000 ( How I miss that days ! :Sad  and this is the first time I see this kind of result.
This is exalty what I see :
