Doesn't the Federal Government have to allow this formally rather than just turning a blind eye. I mean if this is going to be a real therapy for pain, PTSD
and the like, how can it be a federal criminal offense to posses it? Being kind to others costs nothing and enriches your life,
never forget how you felt when someone was once cruel to you,
we all have felt unloved at one time or another we should never want another to feel that way.

I went and got my certification last week so I just have to apply for my card online now and it says I should have it in 10-14 business days. I am in one of the lower southern states.
