Northeast went from needing blankets and sweaters on. And, a heater. Just a week and one half ago.
Yesterday and today we r on our way to breaking records.
My good sis tells me we r starting a heat wave. Starting? This is not it?
Lord have mercy. With autoimmunes, one has a more difficult time with extremes of heat and cold.
Well got a window open in my room. but still, argh.
Brutal weather. bah.

u get the fake bronzer that washes off or not, ms. hepburn. One no longer need to look orange as the first self tanners made us look.
You should have grabbed your mink stole. That would have been enough. And, taken a limo. (someone of your stature and reputation. I suspect you will make it big in theater, Ms. Hepburn.)
Meh. It was too darn hot to get up till 1 pm ish today. My work ethic makes me feel so guilty. But, disability people cried when they examined me. I always felt that was so strange. But, it reminds me I have disability for a reason. Not sure how hot it is right now, but last nite, I put in a window fan. Partner is amenable to my using my AC this summer as he rather worries.
Ah, my younger and healthier days, I remember it was feeling like 110 or more, I had on my attorney jacket, like u do, and I was pacing, memorizing for the Bar Exam. The heat was mox nix (of no moment) to me.
Now? eeeeeyucky poo pete. wish some kids had even a tiny pool round here. (we have a lake on the premises but people skate on it in winter. no one dares go in it. Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my. (more likely a big turtle lives in there. run!!)
