If this is not the right place to ask it, please forgive me and erase it. I normal receive the magazines in 10-14 days, but now 25 days passed. My vendor is telling that there is a major delay on the post service. Any idea ? What do you think ?

Thanks for help me. Not sure how much more information I can give, it is overseas the vendor. I think I can not mention post service, etc.

If the vendor is reputable, they will work with you to see that you are happy. If shipping is delayed in one part of the world, ask if they can send from elsewhere.

Yes, he is. Actually I have to vendors from two part of the world, very distance far apart each other, and both have the same problem :Sad
I guess I will have to search for a local. 
My vendor told me that customs on Germany, Uk and USA are harder than never since July, may be is cause the 9/11 or may be not Sad
