The proposition is a great film to watch,as is The Wild Bunch.

I'm going to have a look at Sweetwater on netflix,plus i might try and check some others mentioned here,there is some more modern westerns being made these days that are pretty good,some of the older stuff i don't like too much,the Hollywood type ones rather than spaghetti westerns,not a John Wayne fan....sorry.

Hi Ice,

'Member that.  Walter was a great character actor.  He also had a hit song, "That Mule, Old Rivers, And Me" which is kind of a novel combo.

Did not watch much tv or movies. It was a period of my life.

However, my sister and i loved the sheriffs daughter. somebody was going out and catching all the bad men. and nobody knew it was the sheriff's daughter whom was the hero. in the final scene, she removes her cowboy hat and i believe it was long blonde hair she had. I really related to her at like age seven?

I never found that again. I don't believe in paying for such things. Rebel rebel.
