1.5 liters of water a day? The average healthy adult should be drinking at least 3. I’m not familiar with your particular condition but a lot of fluid retention that isn’t entirely due to a med can be resolved with movement. Start by walking around the block. Then get up to taking strolls through the neighborhood. The vit D and exercise may help your symptoms. Sorry I couldn’t read the whole thread, still at work. Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents bc I know anytime my extremeties starting hurting and filling up with fluid, more movement and my increased heart rate eliminated the problem after a few weeks.
