K, it seems a Texas mayor has resigned as people are without water, heat, power. Mayor said whilst resigning, only the strong will survive. Stop being big babies.
Then he figured the elderly and disabled could not get outside and find food and water on their own.
But, it is miserable there. People are dying.
The snow and outages are happening in many a place.
Check on loved ones if you can.

The Texas Mayor that resigned is appox 550 miles from where I'm holed up,
still cold.. On the bright side, this weekend should reach 70 ...

Prayers for all of those in Texas. It will get better soon. Keep your family as safe as possible and if you have to go to a warming center.

My adult daughter in Texas has her water and power back after almost 4 days. She's fine and I'm relieved.
Being kind to others costs nothing and enriches your life,
never forget how you felt when someone was once cruel to you,
we all have felt unloved at one time or another we should never want another to feel that way.
