Edit Reason: requested
)
But why are you here Texas ? To risk urself.
If you have your hands full 99% of the time
I’m curious as to why you even take time for here
What school are you at ?
( I don’t think you are from Texas for some reason )
Well just asking
You don’t have to say at all.
But Audrey is right what you offer, if I’m understanding it right, is something that just doesn’t happen here !
Give advice like that
I would say see a doctor if anyone asks, not ask here.
So what is the deal here ?
Just saying .?
Just talking
Meh

I've been long-term members of various iop's & even websites going baxk to early 2000s.
Then I came across here
I was just saying if anyone needed medical advice then don't be afraid to ask!! Now I will not ever make an E- diagnosis
Nor try to Telli - Med somebody. I'm just try to lend a hand to anyone who would need it just like WebMD accept I can offer a better insight to the best of my knowledge

texaswill, u know u have no malpractice insurance in place. and we have not contracted with u to practice medicine on our forum.
i am a doctor of law in good standing. and to remain that way, one thing important to remember is to not give advice unless u want a law suit.
seriously. I don't carry malpractice cuz i am retired/disabled now.
But, people will sue. And they will wait to collect. And, we cannot possibly be put into the middle of that potential horror show.
and, doctors get sued. because u r able to rise to a high standard of living.
but, u cannot practice medicine here. I shall not be held liable. And attorneys can not be thought to be in partnership with any but another attorney. Because it will lead clients to believe u are also an attorney. It violates ethics.
This is admirable. Don't get us wrong.
So work hard. You can shine there. But, peoples health is not a game. You were smiling. This is fun to u. but to the member left behind, now crying cuz she fears she may have cancer, this is not fun. not a game.
Ok, I am guessing u get the idea. Are u hoping to be a psychiatrist?
But, seriously, I am a doctor of law. But, I run a forum now. No medical malpractice. This forum cannot go down, for--u ready for this--the practice of medicine without a license? Tax liabilities. Ok, i bet u love doing medicine. As i am still unable to speak without sneaking in some wording from law or ministry. But, I am not gonna be sued for those. Hopefully.
I can just picture it: Another fine mess you got us into...
OK: because legal help is so costly, third yr students can do paperwork. help u in court. So, i know there are websites for newbie attorneys to answer questions like for ten a question. Maybe there is a site for medical professionals. Cuz it would be a good learning experience. But only under observation of a licensed doctor and facility.
please don't be upset. u wanted us to ask questions. we did.
don't know ur state but maybe u can do interships at hospitals for credit and experience. U gotta check all of this out.
U just cannot do it here.

I have to back Charon up 100%. This is a time when you need to be selfish and focus on forwarding your life and career. The offer is SOOOO appreciated, but don't do anything like what you are offering. You have nothing to gain and all to lose.
Good luck and congrats on making it to your residency. As our attorney friend Charon said, you'll be opening yourself up to lawsuits because trust me, if you misdiagnose someone and they can prove damages, I have a feeling they WILL find you and you don't want that kind of trouble.
Just be on this forum and be a friend to all of us. That is what the others have basically said and I agree as well. Just my 2 cents.

will u r the type of man whom some of us would pick out as our medical care professionals. U care. u want to help people. I hope the FDA and its strange bedfellows don't take that spirit from you.
You sound to be a really good person. And u will fight for ur patients rights.
We need doctors in the healthcare system that really want to help others. And not just make monies off big pharma.
I do hope u stay just as enthusiastic and caring by the time u r admitted to the practice of medicine.

Totally agree with healthcare providers wanting to help patients. So many don’t and it really sad to see. Does seem kinda weird though you are on this forum. Hopefully your here for all the things you say about helping people.
