I had the same experience a few months ago. My pack was fully inspected and opened. Additionally it stayed in customs for months before it finally got delivered.

First time for me received a mag cut open with customs tape on it and no contents inside. Very disappointing to say the least as this vendor has had great stealth and a solid country of origin.

I received an official document in the mail once telling me that I could come retrieve my order in person but I declined the kind offer. I believe it was legit.
This was over a decade ago and I did without for many years until I decided to try again. I find that I have great success up until I make my largest purchase to date, then my $ & vendor disappear.
The described opening of a subsc & re-taping is mystifying. My gut is someone that was not supposed to open it did so, decided it did not contain anything of interest, then wrapped back up & sent on its way.

l think that in light of the amount of people who seem to have recently experienced similar intrusions to their privacy in regard to visibly tampered with reading material being delivered from otherwise long-time/reliable publishers that the “higher ups” within this community (if it does not exist already) should create a specific, VIP thread with those of the highest level of posts/reputation reporting any/all sketchy occurrences of this nature (even if the full subscription is delivered with no pages ultimately even taken - so long as it has clearly been unsealed and re-sealed) for the benefit/protection of the most valuable/loyal vendor assets the community makes routine use of.
In this way, even if individual recipients are not being targeted beyond that unsettling inspection, the VENDOR can get a better idea of how their reading material is being viewed/processed & whether or not they need to change the appearance/return address/site address/associated email/etc. of their services to protect themselves as well as continue to serve their loyal customer base.
I’ll leave it up to the mods whether they think this is a good idea, or whether intentionally pooling that sort of data has the potential to jeopardize existing services and actually make things worse. I am no expert, I just want people to continue to be able to continue to receive whatever medication they need for their daily lives, as well as see those that risk their own freedom solely because they know the pain & despair of being in the position that many of their clients are in (not that all vendors fit this description, not by a mile, but I suspect that many of the “top” rated/quality ones do care for more than just $$$)
*Also, for those asking, my information, anecdotes, and knowledge base is all centered around living in the US/concerning US international mail/customs procedures.
What do you guys think?
