How to break Chronic Stress/Fatigue
#1
I won't go into insane detail but I intermittently deal with Chronic stress and Chronic Fatigue about 3-4 times a year. It is usually brought on by sickness and then its like after the sickness wears off (5-10 days), I'm left completely wiped. I'm on day 18 now and it started out with the sniffles. My anxiety is up so I cant sleep, I cant think, I have a hard time finding energy to perform my physically demanding job.

I prefer to live life without crutches or anything that will get ahold of me as far as medz go. But it is these seasons of extreme fatigue and stress that causes me to look for something to knock me out so I can finally relax and sleep, or I look for something that will pull me through it.

My question is, what, if any helpful solutions has anyone found to break the cycle or stress and fatigue(coupled with anxiety), so that you can actually truly recover. I'm currently on zero medz but am at the point of needing something to help me physically, emotionally and mentally relax. Need your input.

Thanks

The bit of caffeine in Excedrin would mess me up when I'm going through the stress phases. When I'm not in a season of stress I can chug cold brew and it just makes me feel energized.

The \/ is probably what I need in these seasons.

I definitely noticed. :/

you might want to look at seasonal affective disorder - not saying its you - but has some legit reading
Personally I don't agree with everything in this article - but its a start - if interested

Isn't SAD caused by lower serotonin levels in the winter months due to less daylight?

To answer OP, tried and tested \/ is always reliable, coupled with green tea for that slight positive energy boost from the caffeine and L-Theanine it has.

Hello BigGreen. Sometimes an infection can cause intense waves of anxiety and other symptoms you’re describing for a period of time. If docs would incorporate physical and mental health together (my opinion only) more often I feel we would not suffer as much as we do. I mentioned this to my old Primary and was given a medicine short term to help.

P.S. They said it was S.A.D. to begin with as well. SMH.

Hope you are feeling well BigGreen!!
