Natural aid to improve sleep quality?

If you look at the film of the hindenberg burning, you see that it simply burned rather than exploded. I heard most of the passengers survived.

I've been occasionally skipping days since its not that bad the day after but 2 days off is bad so I never do that anymore. One thing I found was that it seems to help my sinuses a little. I've been breathing out through the nose after holding it in a while. Instead of sneezing fits every day or having to use neti once or twice a day plus using peppermint oil, I often go all day with minor problems and may just use the oil and rarely the neti anymore. It doesn't cure but it helps.

I wish I had a machine that would make it on demand. They exist but they are expensive and you have to put in solution and mess with it. The best would be a tank of h and just release a little when you need it. That exists, you can buy hydrogen from welding supply places. The tanks are expensive but a tank is not that much, maybe $30 at a guess and it will last you months, maybe a year. If I got one I would put the h into a bag then release it little by little as I take tokes from it. That way you waste very little. You can also bubble it through water and drink the water but I don't do it that way.

I've found some new things, not that anything is new, lol. I will be doing reports in the future, one thing is very helpful for tendonitis, sore or tight muscles, speeds wound healing and bone healing even with bones that don't unite and in the past they had to do surgery. Maybe someone can guese what it is? Hopefully I don't get into trouble for talking about alternate healing tecs. I also am working with a sleep aid that seems to help a lot and is legal.

I use valerian roots tea.

It doesn't taste good but it's efficient.

And it isn't expensive as you can find it in the country.

Hey Grandote, care to give an update on the H? (and by "H" I mean hydrogen for those who haven't been following the thread) Are you still on it? Have you developed way of working with tolerance?

Lunar, I tried going to twice a day but didn't seem to get any further benefits so I went back to once a day. I now have a tank of it but have been lazy about hooking it up so I make it with aluminum and lye still. I have a balloon I can fill with h and take sips whenever I want some rather than have to brew it up each time.

Grandote, There is this company near me that my friend goes to to fill C02 tanks for his beer tap. Are you saying that I can just buy a tank of H from an outfit like this, no questions asked?

Just dropping into this thread recently and haven't gone back thru all the old posts. i use melatonin with great results. Seems to do the trick for me. It's OTC in the vitamin ilse at any pharm, including Walmart. Cheap and effective. I take 1 or 2 at bed time and I'm off to nodland in no time.

Lunar, they charged me $95 I think it was for a used tank full of h. Regulator set me back about $35 on ebay, no questions asked. I'm trying to rig up some balloons so I can fill them and take some h at my leisure. I'll start a new thread on it eventually, it does not belong here.

Gaba plus melatoni plus 5-Htp works in some degree for me, specially to fall into deep sleep for 4 hours .

I'll have to give 5-HTP a try, I've never heard of that before and an effective natural sleep aid would be such a nice thing to find.

Yes, tryptophan convert to 5HTP and 5HTP to serotonin and melatonin.
So, whatever you can get it is good. If you get the Tryptophan take it at least 1:30 or 20 hours away from a "protein" lunch, and take it with some glucose, cause others amino acids ( Tyrosine, valine, leucine, isoleucine ) compete to enter into the brain with the Trypto, and glucose ( or any high carbs juice of meal ) make that most of this aa go to the muscle instead the brain, so less competition for tryptophan .
A good combo is Tryptophan/5ht plus GABA plus melatonin, that give me at least 4-5 hours of solid sleep.
