I would also love any info on vyvanse. I hear it is only made in us and Canada and in being still under a patent so there are no generic versions, just bathtub lab experiments! Have been looking for some time now and seems harder to find then most .

Just take Adderall and L-Lysine, it converts a lot of it into vyvanse in your stomach

I've read a few comments within some of the "Adderall" threads. I currently take Adderall and Dexedrine but they've lost their effect for me. I'll be trying Duromine (a version of Phentermine) soon, and I'll see if that may help with some of my symptoms of fatigue and brain fog. If it doesn't do the trick, I may have to talk to my psych doctor about letting me try Vyvanse. I suppose, it would serve me well if I took some time to do a bit of research. I'm also curious about the price. At any rate, I'm sure if you keep searching the forum that you'll be able to find the information that you're seeking. Good luck.

There is a patent still holding for this drug, but it is extremely difficult to find, even hard to find from a doc Rx. It is very hard also to find real addies these days so it may be impossible to get vyvanse from any source in Us or Canada. I am curious if someone has any comment to override my comments in this thread.

If you are already prescribed adderall it should not be a issue asking to get switched to vyvanse. As far as getting "real" vyvanse or even adderall I have yet to find a legitimate source, as Nickolyko mentioned, until generic versions are able to be produced (once the patent expires in 2023!!!) outside the country I would be very leary of anyone saying they have it.

So.... I found out a little more about vyvanse at the doctors office today and after browsing the shire website. Apparently there are other names and countries that do make lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (vyvanse) through shire. There is: TYVENSE® lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (Ireland) , VENVANSE® lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (Brazil), and VYVANSE® lisdexamfetamine dimesylate (Australia, Canada, Israel, Mexico, and United States). I may be reading the info wrong but this is straight from the shire site. After the doc basically told me to do some research and see price points (since I do not have insurance) he basically told me to pick which adhd med I wanted. Vyvanse through the pharmacy is anywhere from 5 to ten times more expensive than other comparable med (Adderall, Concentra, ect.) tho, but I do think it works better throughout the day with less side affects. Doesn't give the rush addys do but for people that actually do have adhd (and possibly any form of anxiety) I think it works much better, since it doesn't give that tweaked out feeling. Adds still work and are useful in some occasions when you do not want or need the all day affect or are just looking to focus through work or a couple hour long class or project.

I currently take Adderall XR. I tried Vyvanse, but found it lasted way too long, but was only effective for about 5 hours. The rest of the day I was just in zombieland!

Just if someone new a trusted source for this Vyvance medicine esecially if they are available from an online source it would be nice to pm me since there is great need even for Vyvanse since addies are not possible to travel where I live .
