Just if someone new a trusted  source for this Vyvance medicine esecially if they are available from an online source it would be nice to pm me  since there is great need even for Vyvanse  since addies are not possible to travel where I live .

This looks like it would probably be easier to just get it from an actual Dr.

Just take Adderall and L-Lysine, it converts a lot of it into vyvanse in your stomach

Usually a doctor will have no issue switching your medication if you feel one may be better suited.

I only trust doctors rx stimulants, I would be nervous because really only the US has adderal as treatment for add or adhd < depending on MD>

Hahaha, that is definitely not true..... nothing is "converted" into vyvanse.... vyvanse (chemical name: Lisdexamfetamine) is broken down in the body by enzymes to dextroamphetamine, the lysine must be removed (cleaved off). Yes, Adderall has dextroamp in it as well, but also has 3 other amp. salts. The l-lysine in vyvanse is chemically bonded to the dextro and has to be broken down through your digestive system (the lysine stripped from the dex) to become affective.  That is why it takes longer to kick in and last longer.  They work similarly as a stimulant on the brain but are also very different in the way they are absorbed by our body.  Note, that this is a VERY basic answer to this question.  There are tons of other factors and reasons.  I could see why someone would assume that could work since the vyvanse is just dextroamp. and lys. but it is simply not true. Hope all is well!

I believe and I could be wrong but getting Vyvanse from anywhere but you Dr or a good email source inside the USA and same with Adderall is a waste to try and just isn't made overseas. I have got Adderall, Vyvanse, Vicodin overseas and have never got anything but pressed​ fake goods. I hope I'm wrong and it can be found but to this point I've found no place outside the us to get anything close

Addy and vyvanse are by far the easiest scripts to get, take 2 minutes and say the right thing and most doctors will not hesitate to write you a script.

I found this is definitely true, not worth trying to order online, much better off just getting a normal scrip

Maybe finding something like Addies and not the Addies you get from your drugstore is hard but still possible . Byt vyvanse is an out of question medicine for IOPs. If someone wants to sell on line in case he wants to get rid of them yes that could be a possibility but has a great risk .Most of this kind of deals end up in lost money. I guess if it was so easy to get Rx Addies there should be no such big search from so many people around looking for them.

You'd be surprised how many people would rather hit the grey or black market for that rather than go to a a doctor and obtain it legitimately. Not everyone is like the members of this forum.
