I'm currently learning the hard way about planning ahead... I'm trying to see it in a positive light, because now I know not to wait 'til I'm running low, especially if it's something I need for day-to-day "normality".

Personally when it comes to benzos I think you should always have a longer supply on hand than pks. Benzos can be very dangerous to go cold turkey from should you have an order go lost and not arrive in its usual time frame. I prefer to have a 90 day supply at all times. That is to never let my supply go below 90 days, so in general I try to stay at 4-6 months worth of my Diaz.
That may sound excessive but it's better than ordering a month at a time and having one be late or lost, causing u to go thru hell.

This is good advice in case you ever have a problem with an order since we have great vendors but cannot control what happens in shipping. Especially with Zan's... Never wanna gold cold turkey there. Very Dangerous.

Peace Everyone

I had a seizure last friday (non med, only had clon 2x in the previous 3 weeks). Not something i care to repeat. They say it was stress with major dehydration. My apartment burn ed the day before. Asshole neighbor was trying to save his stuff never called 911

i am so sorry rattzo. life will get better. but once one has a seizure, i was always told that one is now subject to them.

carry valium, if u can, to prevent any in future. Or, maybe ur doctor will give u pheno.

You can get thru this. By usage of valium carefully, even all the months i go off due to vendors, i very rarely have seizures anymore. I take a half of pheno if i get a damn twinge in the back of my leg. its a sign i am about to seize. But, if i am exhausted and have not had liquid and normal food, I try to keep emergency pheno around. Or, at least valium.

Feel better. So sorry.

Rattzo:

You have been one unlucky dude so far this year! I don't want to go too far off-topic, but as I understand it, your seizure was not related to benzo withdrawal, it was due to stress and dehydration, correct? How did you get so dehydrated? I don't need to ask where your stress came from. I'm just really curious about seizures and what the experience was like for those who have had them. Thank you Charon for relating your experience in the post above.

I think I'm going to start a new thread on this topic... "Have you ever had a seizure, what was it like"? or something like that. Not tonight though, I have to start doing my taxes Exclamation  Stress Alert  Exclamation

Ohhh don't worry about me, I've got a good supply of Gatorade and Budweiser in the fridge.

The IRS are pussycats. They merely seek the truth. But, they are awesome at working out plans with people if need be. And, if one calls enough, one gets tips on how to avoid any tax problems that could occur.

Ok, me father and i had a walk in law office in the Bronx, and we did taxes for 17 yrs. With calculators and pen and paper. The olde days.

But, they are very reasonable people as long as one just tells the truth. Cuz, they know it already anyhoo.

Good luck.
