My first order with M made 03/23, got TN 3/29, Received 04/04 so this is not common delay but does happen. Bottom line we placed wrong date wrong time (bad timing basically) so usually lot quicker. To the point with my communications with MM I would much rather deal with a person of this integrity that will tell you truth no matter how bad it hurts and is straight up because you KNOW by his creds on this forum he is a straight up dude and will make things ALWAYS right.

Like Charon I cannot imagine the amount of work and time he spends replying to all our emails and takin care of business to make us happy

Cudos my friend MM and I hink Charon deserves more Heart Heart Heart Heart  out to Charon. She cannot be praised enough for keeping this awesome Forum straight..


In this business there are always hiccups that cause delay and loss as we all know but a risk we all take..

Well Mags have been in custies for about a month now. I've heard of people getting after longer but writing this one off so it will just be a nice surprise if I get it one day. Mac was great. Responded quickly and did everything on his end as fast as possible. Maybe next set of mags will squeak through.

Don't worry my friend. I have seen the ball role even after 44 Days. So keep the faith rod up to its level. Further, If its stuck permanently there's always solution to things where i can help you out in ways possible for which whenever you contact me i am open to options. Thank YOU.

Same for me... I am disappointed since I know we aren't the only ones as well but trying to still keep the faith... Hoping something happens soon, this has been such a long episode on this order but I know mac is doing everything he can

I placed my first order at the worst possible time during "the drama." Took almost a month for my product to be shipped, which was obviously disappointing to me and somewhat scary as I am usually pretty good at planning out my regimen, but Mac clearly didn't want to send birdies that were in danger of being captured. He stayed in communication with me the whole time. Once the birdies finally flew, I got them in 11 days. There was one issue, but he is working with me to resolve it. Communication was constant. I am thoroughly convinced this dude (or dudette) doesn't sleep.

Magazines arrived this morning. Read 2 volumes today and they were great stories.
Ordered mid april, tn received at end of April, arrival on west coast this morning. Best experience with any magazine publisher in my few years of ordering literature. And I've worked with about 6 other firms. I was a skeptic, but now I've seen the light and am a believer. Pretty amazing what good customer service and communication can do for a business. Hard to see why there are so many businesses that don't get it. It's just common sense, combined with a touch of common courtesy....why is that simple formula so un common?

Macro is the best by far. everything is legit. such good items. his customer service is impeccable. I have made many orders with him over some time and everhything always was excellent. I just recommend him so highly. I mean most orders came fast. I have an order in process now. Lets hope it arrives sooner than expected. I just know macro is the best and he simply is the highest most quality source available.

Order still stuck in custies as expected but as mac mentioned above he will go above and beyond even though this is not his fault. My particular mags have no guarantee but he still threw out some options to help me out in the future which isn't his responsibility but he answered anyways. I swear if I got in a car accident and mac was standing on the sidewalk he'd run over with some tools and offer to fix the car in the street for no reason lol.

Just ordered some magazines from Macro. Sorry to hear about all the delays in delivery. My last modest order took FIVE working delivery days. The longest I have ever had to wait was due to ordering around some US federal holiday (which was dumb on my part), and my order was just parked, waiting for the long holiday to end. But all was eventually good. Macro is  so good at communicating, it's like he's got a whole customer service department. (Just kidding! Don't spam me, I know that's not true!)  Smile He is the best! I don't know how he does it either.
