I have been prescribed to adderall for years and phenylpiracitam works excellent for me...unfortunately, tolerance builds up relatively quickly and you should not take it every day. Not sure if that helps with your fatigue problems or not.

I could really use something along these lines. If I get poky during the day I fall behind right away...and there are weeks these days where I get poky a lot. Always playing catch up...and when that happens I have trouble focusing. I jump from task to task till I just have to walk away from the desk for a while.
Does this make sense? I've always wondered what something like adderall would do but I don't know if I want to start something like that.
If you have a good alternative I'd appreciate a PM with some suggestions. Thanks!

LILI have you found anything. I have experimented with trying to potentiate the effects of ADD with different research chems. If you find something that works PM me. It sound like we are in a similar situation.

Bronkaid is a good OTC solution for a little pick me up/ booster. It is basically 25 mg ephedrine sulfate and 400 ms guaifenesin. Sells for triple price on eBay but you can pick it up for around $15 bucks at cvs/Walgreens if you can catch it in stock. Kept behind the counter and you have to sign for it but a good product for the price. It also works wonders at clearing congestion and promotes free breathing.

Something that works for me in regards to focus and motivation.
Adrafinil 300mg
Phenylpiracetam 200mg
Sulbutiamine 200mg
A good choline boost
A strong cup of coffee
Its important to take early morning and phenylpiracetam every third day(tolorance build up). This stack works well enough for sure for ME. Important to research for what works for you. Pleasant evening

Great suggestion regarding the Bronkaid! I am dragging as the result of a cold but I can commiserate with the OP about falling behind due to fatigue. I can certainly benefit from the decongestant but looking forward to getting a little energy back too!

I take a 1/2 a Bronkaid sometimes before going to the gym. There are days I just don't have the energy, but know I should go to keep my back strong.
