Anyone have an issue with a ref# from WU?

So I'm freaking out a bit. I sent $ the preferred way to our best vendor, got notice on 8-23 that the magazines were ready to go. Wasn't real concerned since I had some backup mags. Then my damn dog that is a countersurfer somehow got a hold of my backup mags and ate them (had to watch her carefully to make sure she was ok, she just slept for about 12 hours).

Still wasn't too concerned since it had been a while and the vendor is super fast. Today I realized I hadn't received a tracking number and found an email from 8-23 from vendor that the ref # was incorrect. But I went to payment method's site and verified the number is correct & the money is there but my order has not been shipped since for some reason the reference number appeared wrong. I'm leaving Friday for 8 days so will have no magazines to read unless I stop reading with no notice which doesn't sound appealing at all.

I took a screen shot from the website to show that the ref# is indeed correct but I'm still not going to have what I need in time now due to the damn dog and an email that somehow I didn't see.

Anyone else every have an issue with a reference number like this??
