Excellent post Glousck!  I appreciate that very much.  I think I've struggled with depression for years from some very traumatic and life altering events.  I work for myself AND I work from home so let me tell you that's not a good combination for creating a good routine.  My work can be so sporadic at times, where one week I've got barely any and the next two weeks I'm working 12-14 hour days.

I've been to therapy, seen my GP, tried a couple depression meds that never fully worked out for me.  But I'm at the point where I want to go to a psych because of some lifelong things that I'm just now starting to pay attention to.  I hope they can help me work through some of the toughest things.

This is going to be a good week though.  I'm committed to going to the gym, as well as going to bed at a more reasonable hour.  I just signed on a new office space that will get me out of the house and around some really good people.  Spring is about here!  And hey, this is my 50th post so, yeah!
