In my experience, MG used to be less nosey, but more expensive. They have since lowered their charges on some of their services, while at the same time becoming more nosey. My wife uses her vacation time from nursing to travel to different countries as a medical missionary. She has been to something like 20 countries since the 1980's. She invariably makes friends with some of the poor people she ministers to and will occasionally send them a small monetary gift on their birthday. The amount of people has added up, as have the number of different countries that she MG's to. So imagine the clerk working the counter where we do our MG's. We have been going there for about 12 years. Same guy every time. Knows us like we are in his family. Has helped us MG to a dozen different countries. Yet even he started asking questions about 2 years ago. Unless the person who were are MG'ing has a very White sounding name and lives in Western Europe, it's open season.
