Good morning!
I have IBS too, and suffer from nausea when it flares up.
My doctor told me to take OTC Zantac and it helped alot!
I know it's for heatburn but Dr thinks the acid
in my stomach accumulates at this time and that's what
makes me feel sick. Zantac takes care of it quickly.
