i have stated the Le is dying for u to get the DNA test. but then my sister reminded me of all the blood they take from us. Even more vials when one must go to a clinic.
And, i know LE follows people around and picks up cigs, silverware from a diner. the also have the legal rite to garbage put outside. In the story above, it is called: abandoned DNA in a public place.
many many yrs ago, when some bad people were at Olympics, the five am news team calmed us down by stating: well we have all the retinas of people on record already. We are checking constantly.
So i suspect eye tests and pics to receive medicaid or such as driver's licenses have been used to get our retinas.
And now the facial recognition apps that idiots are using to play on their smart phone, are being delivered straight to gvt.
This case was unusual. And, i unequivocally warned people about usage of DNA kits. Whom cares if u r 23% nigerian or 22% Indian. It won't matter when one is locked up for their DNA.

We see the gvt make a big deal about getting fingerprints. Before one is released from jail on any charge, fingerprints r taken. But now people use fingerprints to get into cell phones. Voice recognition. I know to take the Bar exams, hopeful attorneys must have fingerprint tests so rich people cannot pay another to take the exams.
It will not tie a person to crimes alone. Ok, a fertility doctor was using his own sperm on his patients, and a DNA test stated the fathers name clear as a bell. Quite a few fertility drs pulled this nonsence in yrs gone by.
But, I believe insurance companies will pay hefty fees for the info. If u know a potential insurance subscriber will be carrying cancer genes or dementia genes, a company will adjust payments, and other companies will alter pensions and retirements and hiring policies considerably.
At some famous televised trial, a witness spoke at the podium. she left an empty water cup in the podium. The cameras all caught the attorney running up with handkerchief in hand and grabbing that cup with DNA on it. Those following the trial all noted it also.
It is nice to believe that it is stupidity that causes one to use a DNA test to see their future health issues or heritage. But, "they" can get our DNA and fingerprints through so many means.

They have done it before. A law is in place in CA i believe that it cannot be used by insurance companies etc. Yeah, i imagine that law will be off the books soon.
