Are you referring to the USPS Informed Delivery service? I actually signed up for it as soon as it was available last year but to be honest I found it almost completely useless, the only mail pieces it shows for me is letters(standard size), bills, and advertisements/coupons. Have you had any luck with it showing you incoming mail from a vendor yet?
I read the FAQ about how it works and if i remember correctly it said it only sends you images of your "letter-sized mail" (i.e. post cards, bills, letters from family/friends) and other advertisement / magazines only if the company who sent it "conducts a synchronized digital marketing campaign" with USPS, which I believe is a fancy word for paying USPS to do so haha. However if you know of a way for me to see all incoming mail that is scanned I would really appreciate it!
