Most of us have had at least one, i have had a few more in the past, still got to order, if there was a data base then most of us would be on it but there isn't and we order and recieve, as has been said, make a copy to send to vendor if they do reship, not all do but most will, once copied the LL destroy it, never contact them to try and dispute it, its all part of ordering online, sorry to hear you got one though, don't let it put you off.
