I would agree Zantac is good for controlling stomach acid/nausea. However I like to keep phenegran on hand in case of a major case such as a stomach virus. The only problem is it causes major drowsiness which can be a good thing when a stomach bug hits. Zofran is similar but not as effective as phenegran in my opinion.
